The Middle School Leader has responsibility for the annual and day-to-day educational, social and cultural operation of the Middle School through considered, effective, pro-active and efficient management and leadership.
The Middle School Leader encourages individual and collective success by leading, managing and supporting Middle School team members and ensuring that inclusivity, wellbeing and high expectations are evident in all aspects of Middle School teaching and interactions with students, parents and colleagues.
The Middle School Leader supports the academic programs within the College by seeking excellent achievement and learning outcomes for all Middle School students. Close professional relationships with, and high expectations of the School Learning Leaders, Faculty Leaders and teachers are essential.

Director of Sport & Extra-Curricular (ELC – 12)

¹ú²úÎÞÂë is seeking an inspiring and dynamic Director of Sport & Extra-Curricular (ELC–12) to commence in 2027. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver innovative, engaging, and high-quality sport programs for students from Early Learning Centre to Year 12 across the College’s three campuses.
Leading a dedicated and high-performing sport team, the successful candidate will foster a culture that connects, challenges, and empowers every learner through meaningful participation and achievement in sport and extra-curricular activities.
The Director will champion opportunities for students and the wider community to engage in the health, wellbeing, recreational, and social benefits of physical activity, team sports, individual performance, and lifelong participation.
In addition to overseeing the College’s sport programs across all campuses, the role carries responsibility for the House program and the coordination of all extra-curricular activities.
We are seeking the best candidate for this position and are open to applications from both qualified teachers and experienced non-teaching professionals. The role will be shaped to leverage the strengths and expertise of the successful applicant.

Faculty Leaders provide leadership of their respective faculty, including curriculum and learning, teachers and pedagogy, and facilities and resources. Faculty Leaders play a critical role in ensuring the College offers a high-quality and contemporary learning offering that supports students to achieve personal excellence and readiness for future study, work and life.
A time allowance of approximately 0.4FTE is provided to fulfil the responsibilities of the position.
Faculty-Specific Responsibilities – Humanities
- Oversee the curriculum, teaching and learning for Humanities subjects across Years 7-12.
- Lead the development and implementation of knowledge-rich curriculum programs within the faculty, in-line with relevant frameworks and requirements (i.e., MYP, Australian Curriculum, SACE, VET), including the development and maintenance of relevant documents (i.e., scope and sequence).
- Model and share high-quality, evidence-informed, contemporary teaching practices that align with the College’s learning direction and the specific curriculum and co-curriculum programs in the faculty.

Qualified OSHC Educator

Commencing June/July School Holidays
We are seeking Qualified OSHC Educators to join our OSHC services at our St John's Campus and St Peters Campus on a casual basis.
The Qualified OSHC Educator provides support and assistance to students within the College’s OSHC. This support will include working closely with individual and small groups of children on pre-prepared and structured programs.
The Qualified OSHC Educator has:
- a Diploma (or equivalent) qualification and experience applicable to the OSHC Educator role
- a current WWCC
- a current RRHAN-EC certification
- Provide First Aid accreditation
- experience working in a team environment
- familiarity with relevant school policies, guidelines and procedures
- appropriate knowledge of digital technologies applicable to the role
